Own new logo revenue as a single number and forecast weekly into the leadership scorecard Carry a personal quota alongside the team number Own the end-to-end pipeline, including targeting, outreach, qualification, pursuit, RFI and RFP production, pitch strategy, negotiation and close Manage Salesforce as the pipeline and forecast of record Establish stage definitions, forecast discipline and a repeatable pursuit process Build and manage the sales team through hiring, coaching, territory and account assignment Hold sellers accountable to their numbers Drive performance measured by new logo revenue, personal quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, qualified opportunities created and cost per acquired logo Requirements Ten or more years in agency, marketing services or professional services sales New business ownership and a track record of carrying and hitting a number Experience building and coaching a selling team Strong CRM discipline Ability to distinguish a real pipeline from a decorated one Comfortable carrying a personal quota and being measured on both personal and team performance Full-time, exempt position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in new business ownership, pipeline management, and sales team development, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and maintaining CRM discipline.
