Clinical Manager (RN) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Full Time | Newport Beach, CA, US Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually About the Role As an experienced Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Newport Clinic. You will work in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment where your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration are valued. Responsibilities Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers across several locations to ensure day‑to‑day responsibilities are met. Mentor clinical leads to help oversee clinical teams when applicable. Provide regular feedback to nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers on performance. Help execute an onboarding program for the clinical team, including training materials, SOPs, documentation processes, and coaching. Collaborate with customer leadership to address all clinical customer questions using the clinical team. Work with the finance team to ensure clinical team overhead aligns with the budget and pursue budget improvements. Ensure MAs and sonographers receive clear training and communication regarding patient coordination roles. Manage patient conversion lists for all locations, meeting regularly with clinical staff to coordinate. Update and maintain the Anticipated List for the market to communicate anticipated cycle volume. Oversee clinical staff schedules in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations and leads to ensure in‑office support and 24/7 customer support. Manage per‑diem nurse schedules if utilized in the market. Manage time cards for clinical employees. Oversee procedural scheduling for all OR cases, embryo transfers, and IUIs, ensuring coordination with external anesthesia teams. Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing issues or complaints and escalating as needed. Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures. Work with nurses to oversee patients’ cycle process, including injection training, consent reviews, medication queries, and general process questions. Ensure each patient is seen by a nurse during Cycle Visits. Perform pre- and post-operative care of patients.> Coordinate patient treatment plans such as Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Frozen Embryo Transfers. Follow RN Coordination Workflow for complete coordination of cycles. Complete Fast‑Track coordination. Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions. Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in EMR per procedures. Oversee daily meetings with physicians to review cycling patients’ lab results and ultrasound images, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Conduct routine phlebotomy as needed. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families. Work independently to ensure program goals are achieved. Promote excellence in customer service. Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or OB/GYN. Current Registered Nurse license in California. BLS and ACLS certification. Experienced with EMR and G‑Suite. Ultrasound experience preferred. Able to start intravenous access (IVs). Experience in and passion for women’s health; fertility background a plus. Strong communication skills and team player. Detail‑oriented.
