Tenured Agents with a proven history typically range from 65,000 - 115,000 in earning with a Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate personal and commercial insurance coverage
• Generate new business through agency leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, including life insurance and additional coverage
• Provide responsive, professional service throughout the sales and renewal process
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the agency

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty licenses required
• Have or willing to obtain Life & Health insurance liceanses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Previous insurance sales or client-facing experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage your time and workload independently
• Coachable, team-oriented, and committed to continued professional growth
