Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options.
• Assist the agent in managing the office website and social media content.
