Required Qualifications:

• Current and active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
• Ability to adapt approaches for a mix of needs and grade levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and commitment to serving multiple school buildings

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering direct therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring for students with communication needs
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support students’ speech and language development
• Engaging families to promote student growth and involve them in the process
• Managing records and paperwork consistent with district and professional standards
