Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification (CCC required)
• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Previous experience, preferably in school settings or with K-12 age groups
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language therapy

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students across three buildings within the district
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse student populations and varying needs
• Participate in meetings, training, and interdisciplinary team planning
