Reports to: Plant Director / Regional HR

Mission: As the Site HR Manager for our new Toledo, OH location, you will lead the full Human Resources function and play a critical role in launching, shaping, and supporting the site's people strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, ensuring HR processes, culture, and capabilities enable strong operational performance and a fair, compliant, and motivating work environment. This is a unique opportunity to build HR foundations from the ground up for a greenfield operation.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field; Masters degree is a plus. Strong experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Generalist and experience with managing people. Demonstrated ability to work with leaders as a trusted advisor. High proficiency in all HR processes such as recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor law and HR compliance. Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environmentexperience with greenfield or transformation environments is a plus. Good command of English with proficient communication and leadership skills.
