Clean Earth Restorations is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Emergency Services / Water Damage Technician to join our growing restoration team. This individual will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage calls, performing water extraction, structural drying, and assisting with other mitigation tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly to emergency water damage situations, including water extraction and mitigation

· Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers

· Perform demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, insulation) when necessary

· Document work performed using mobile job management software (e.g., DASH)

· Maintain detailed records including moisture readings and job site photos

· Communicate effectively with customers and explain the scope of work

· Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented at all times

· Follow all safety and industry-standard procedures (IICRC standards)

· Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency responses

· Assist with mold remediation and other emergency services as needed
