Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Gallagher Bassett, a global leader in risk and claims management, seeks a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage complex lost-time and litigated claims. You will investigate coverage and liability, analyze medical and wage-loss documentation, set and adjust reserves, and negotiate equitable settlements within authority. Partner closely with employers, injured workers, attorneys, medical providers, and internal teams to drive timely, cost-effective claim resolutions. You’ll mentor junior adjusters, ensure regulatory compliance, produce accurate reports, and contribute to process improvements in a professional, client-focused culture.
