Job Description

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the company, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Oversee daily operations, manage logistics, and optimize supply chain processes. Analyze operational performance, implement cost-reduction strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Prepare budget reports and coordinate with departments to improve efficiency. Develop strategies and policies for company growth. Conduct staff performance reviews and motivate staff. Manage market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a similar operations management role.
