Head of Americas, Product

Head of Product, Americas – New York City, NY PineBridge Investments, a subsidiary of MetLife Investment Management, is recruiting a Head of Product for the Americas region. The position is located in New York City and will operate under a hybrid work model. Primary Responsibilities Lead the product function for the Americas across strategy, development and management for both public and private markets. Serve as the go‑to person for all product‑related matters in the region. Monitor market trends and opportunities with the Product Intelligence team, delivering proactive insights to inform decision‑making. In partnership with the Global Head of Product, develop a focused pipeline that prioritizes client needs, aligns with MIM’s strategy, and enables efficient scale and profitability. Oversee end‑to‑end product design, launch, enhancements and closures across the Americas. Provide oversight of the Americas product lineup to support strategic objectives and financial targets. Present information and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including Board, Committees and Senior Leadership. Build strong, cross‑functional relationships with Client Group, Investments, Legal, Operations and other senior management teams. Act as a trusted advisor, instilling confidence and constructively challenging thinking where necessary. Uphold rigorous risk‑management and compliance standards, ensuring regulatory, statutory and fiduciary obligations are met. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product strategy, development and management (full lifecycle). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Track record of strategic planning, direction and execution on high‑priority initiatives. Strong investment knowledge covering public and private market strategies. Experience establishing and maintaining coming‑ged funds, funds of one and SMAs for the Americas. Demonstrated ability to nurture strategic relationships across functions and seniority levels. Proficiency in using data from key databases (eVestment, Preqin, Broadridge, etc.) to inform prioritization. Capability to understand and resolve complex product and structuring issues. Decisive, independent work style with strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills. Compensation $250,000–280,000 annually + bonus + benefits. Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
