Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician with experience in high-end residential construction. This role is responsible for executing service and warranty repairs on luxury custom homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is professional, solution-oriented, and experienced in multiple trades with an eye for fine detail.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to homeowner service requests promptly and professionally.
• Forward all service requests to the Service Manager and Coordinator.
• Perform skilled repairs across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination.
• Troubleshoot construction-related issues and resolve them with long-term solutions.
• Maintain communication with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure alignment on service needs and solutions.
• Document service requests, performed work, and any follow-up actions accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and protection of finished homes during repairs.
• Represent the company in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards for high-end finishes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors or vendors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Uphold safety protocols on all job sites.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction or service/warranty roles, preferably in high-end custom homes.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook for e-mails and supporting documents.
• Proficiency in finish carpentry, drywall, paint touch-ups, and general building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, attics, crawlspaces, etc.).

• Basic understanding of construction tools and materials.
• Experience working directly with homeowners and high-net-worth clients.
• Trade certifications or technical training is a plus (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of luxury home systems and smart home technology.
• Commitment to safety practices.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and overtime.
