Calling all closers! We are seeking a driven and bilingual Sales Closer Immigration to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and confidently guide families through the decision to retain our firm. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence, and a commitment to outstanding closing performance. What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
• Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
• Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
• Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospective clients toward informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
• Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations.

Compensation, Benefits & Equal Employment Opportunity

Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive base pay of $38.46/hr or $80,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus structure designed for Sales Closers Immigration to earn well over $100,000+ annually. Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
• Hiring bonus for candidates with immigration sales closing experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and convert qualified leads into retained clients.
• Experience working in KPI or metrics-driven environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume client interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Client-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
