Job Title: Hybrid Cloud Engineer Azure & AWS

Location: Remote -- USA

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: $70/hr - $80/hr

- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Role Overview
Seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support Azure and AWS infrastructure operations, AWS Greenfield migration, transition activities, automation, governance, and infrastructure optimization.

- Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Azure and AWS infrastructure operations.
• Support AWS Greenfield migration and transition activities.
• Review and rationalize infrastructure migrated to AWS.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, modernize, and improve cloud environments.
• Provide input on cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and implementation planning.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure mapping and documentation.
• Support automation and cloud governance initiatives.
• Review and remediate infrastructure delivered through migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and project teams on cloud initiatives.

- Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS and Azure infrastructure .
• Hands-on experience supporting AWS migrations and cloud transitions .
• Experience with cloud infrastructure operations, design, and architecture .
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, compute, storage, and security .
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code .
• Understanding of cloud governance, optimization, and best practices .
• Ability to assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
