Material Clerk III (H/F) - MAG AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, LLC

Job Overview Cette position travaille au sein du département Logistique et est responsable de la réception, du stockage, de la distribution, de l’emballage et de l’expédition des pièces de façon ponctuelle. Elle travaille en équipe et participe aux actions d’amélioration continue. Responsabilités Réceptionner les pièces en temps voulu. Stocker les pièces aux emplacements appropriés, appliquer les étiquettes d’identification et remédier aux commandes en attente. Préparer les kits de pièces depuis le stockage pour les différentes commandes. Effectuer les transactions de réception et d’émission des pièces dans le système d’affaires (M3). Gérer toutes les transactions logistiques dans M3 pour les issues de pièces, les crédits et les déchets. Compter avec précision les pièces lorsqu’on est affecté à l’équipe de comptage cyclique. Livrer les pièces aux emplacements désignés à l’intérieur de l’entreprise. Emballer les pièces pour le processus d’expédition et effectuer les transactions d’expédition. Opérer les systèmes autonomes FEDEX/UPS. Effectuer les tâches supplémentaires qui lui sont assignées. Qualifications Connaissance de base de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Expérience avec chariots élévateurs et transpalette pour le déplacement des pièces dans l’expédition. Maîtrise d’un ordinateur et des logiciels Microsoft Office ou logiciels similaires. Expérience antérieure dans la création de feuilles de calcul Excel et la saisie de données. Capacité à organiser et à hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches, ainsi qu’à prendre l’initiative. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. Compétences mathématiques de base et compréhension de différentes unités de mesure. Connaissance de l’utilisation d’une balance de poids. Capacité à utiliser le matériel de numérisation de codes-barres. Compréhension de base des processus logistiques et des connaissements (Bills of Lading).
