Community Health Center Inc. (Hartford site) seeks an experienced Clinical Outpatient Dietitian to manage nutrition care for pediatric patients and provide education to families and staff at multiple CHC sites. The role includes nutrition assessment, MNT, and leading educational activities. The dietitian will collaborate with care teams, document plans, and participate in community outreach while maintaining RD licensure and delivering care at the top of the licensed scope. #J-18808-Ljbffr Moses/Weitzman Health System
