Assisted Living Resident Assistant - FT Day Shift Job Category: Assisted Living Requisition Number: ASSIS008064 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Responsibilities Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm) Full-Time Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication) Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Previous direct care experience is highly preferred.
