Shift Manager - Beverage FT

Description

Responsibilities:

• Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
• Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
• Ensures the enforcement of policy.
• Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
• Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
• Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Other Duties as assigned.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $45,000 annually

Qualifications
Experience High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred but not required. (preferred)
Knowledge of all beverage service policies and procedures. (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications NJ Casino EE Registration (preferred)
