What will you be doing? Barclays Services Corp. seeks Sr Salesforce Engineer in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available): Design, develop and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for Barclays customers and colleagues. Work on the overall design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications. Work closely with a local team and global counterparts to deliver various software solutions built on Salesforce in an agile development environment. Create and ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for CRM. Development and delivery of high‑quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Cross‑functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. Supervise 3 Analyst, Software Developers to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. May telecommute pursuant to company policies. [Hybrid role] Minimum Salary: $261,248 per year Maximum Salary: $287,373 per year The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
