ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications perMAP guidelinesand document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer‑provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma‑informed care.
