The unit consists of 30 beds catering to critically ill patients. Patient populations include those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, alcohol use/abuse, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ventilators and other critical care equipment is essential. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies are required. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
