Starbridge is seeking a Residential Coordinator to support our Residential Services team by coordinating medical, compliance, and documentation systems across multiple residential programs. This is a rewarding opportunity to improve the quality of services behind the scenes by ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting residential leadership, and helping individuals receive the care and services they need.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, laboratory testing, and annual healthcare requirements for residential programs.
• Review medical and residential documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with OPWDD regulations.
• Maintain tracking systems for medical recommendations, compliance activities, and required documentation.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory reviews, quality assurance activities, and corrective action follow-up.
• Partner with Residential Managers, Medical Liaisons, Residential Nurses, and leadership to ensure timely completion of documentation and required follow-up.
• Analyze documentation trends and recommend process improvements that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support residential leadership with onboarding, documentation tracking, quality improvement initiatives, and program stabilization efforts.
• Assist with billing documentation reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in OPWDD, healthcare, human services, residential services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, documentation review, quality assurance, medical coordination, or residential operations required.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and residential service delivery preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel between residential sites.
