Our Infant Teachers create a warm, responsive environment where babies feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Through consistent routines, sensory experiences, movement, and meaningful interactions, you’ll help our youngest learners reach important early developmental milestones. What You’ll Do Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants throughout the day Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routines Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory, movement, and early learning experiences Encourage early language, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development Observe and support developmental milestones Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Infant classroom Build trusting relationships and communicate positively with families Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience working with children preferred Infant, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience is a plus Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routines Patient, nurturing, reliable, and team-oriented Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $17 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and teaching team Opportunities for professional growth This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
