Be the second point of contact for leads brought to you from cold callers and web leads. Go out to appointments and negotiate purchase agreements to get them signed. Show up consistently and on time. Run comparable analyses accurately and quickly. Take pictures and videos of homes. Meet and exceed the monthly sales quota. Assist in team growth. Qualifications Experience in sales or a related field. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs. Must also be a licensed real‑estate agent or at least 50 % complete before the start date of the licensing course. Compensation $80,000 – $180,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
