SVN Providence Realty Advisors, based in McLean, Virginia, is a boutique advisory firm that primarily focuses on leasing, buying, and selling commercial real estate properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. The firm enjoys a national presence through its affiliation with over 200 SVN offices across the United States. We primarily specialize in retail, office, and flex/warehouse property types in the DMV. Our clients include local, regional, and national landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. The foundation of the firm is our broad and deep experience with virtually all facets of commercial real estate. We are currently seeking a qualified professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as an Advisor focused on leasing and selling office and flex buildings.
