What You’ll Do as a Fry Cook As a Fry Cook at The Blind Goat, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking fried menu items to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met in all aspects of food preparation.
- Managing fryer stations efficiently during busy service hours.
- Assisting with kitchen prep work and supporting your teammates as needed.
- Keeping your station organized, stocked, and ready for action.
We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a fry cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and fryer operation.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
