Nursing Assistant (LNA or MNA) Per Diem (PRN) at Skilled Nursing Facility

Locals Caring for Locals Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate LNAs and MNAs to join our team. We are currently hiring for Per Diem / PRN positions — offering true flexibility. Work when it fits your schedule! Schedule : Per Diem/PRN – Flexible Scheduling (Work Your Own Hours!) Pay Range : LNA $23 - 29 | MNA $25 - 30, based on experience What You’ll Do : Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding) Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Follow infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets What We’re Looking For : Current, valid LNA or MNA license in the state of New Hampshire CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and stay organized Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
