Operations Processor 1

Randstad is looking for an Operations Processor in Philadelphia, PA where you will play a key role in managing incoming mail operations and processing transactions:

• Mailroom Floor: Receiving, sorting, logging, batching, and preparing incoming mail for processing.

• Production Floor: Sorting, scanning, opening envelopes, extracting checks (using manual methods or extraction machines), and entering data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations. Ideal candidates are flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow!

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Opening up envelopes
• Extracting checks on toaster or machine
• Working in a production environment 
• Receive, sort, log, batch, and distribute work
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Utilize mail sorting and tracking equipment or system applications 
• Prep and dispatch outbound packages
• Miscellaneous mail duties
• Sort and stage incoming mail
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under supervision following established procedures
• Open and prepare incoming payments for processing
