Customer Service Representative
$23 - $28 per hourScholarTrip
ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida to assist travelers with questions, bookings, and service requests. This is a remote position for Orlando-area candidates . Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $23--$28/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.
Duties
- Respond to customers by phone and email.
- Assist with travel-related questions.
- Support booking and itinerary requests.
- Provide clear and accurate information.
- Update customer records and notes.
- Escalate complex requests when needed.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
Extra Skills (Optional)
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with travel services.
- Experience with CRM software.
