Power Platform Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Power Platform Technical Support Advisor is responsible for providing expert-level support and administration of the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves hands-on customization, environment management, and integration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services to meet client needs. The advisor ensures compliance, supports application lifecycle management, and collaborates on projects involving Power BI, Power Pages, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Responsibilities:

Administer and customize Power Platform environments including Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven applications, and Dataverse.
Manage connectors, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
Support integration of Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, APIs, data repositories, and enterprise systems.
Provide technical support and documentation for Power Platform solutions.
Ensure team compliance with Microsoft 365 application development and integration standards.
Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform projects.
Demonstrate clear personal responsibility for tasks and deliverables within projects.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Minimum 7 years of application development or platform experience.
At least 4 years of hands-on Power Platform administration and customization experience.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps, Dataverse, environment administration, connectors, DLP, and ALM.
Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 application development and integration experience.
Proven ability to integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise data systems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience with Power BI and Power Pages.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate and/or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Special Considerations:

Must demonstrate exact personal responsibilities on projects rather than team-level contributions.
Client requires at least 4 years of direct Power Platform experience at the project-team level.
