Staff Product Designer - AI-Powered Provider Onboarding
Headway
Headway is seeking an experienced product designer to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for providers, partnering with PM and Eng to optimize conversion from interest to credentialed provider. You will design AI-powered intake flows, prototype with Claude and other tools, and drive scalable, self-serve onboarding across the platform. You will validate solutions through provider research, contribute to the design system, and help shape the AI-driven onboarding patterns that reduce manual #J-18808-Ljbffr Headway
