Busy litigation practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Somerset, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, in-person position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced and professional legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management and file organization.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, discovery and pleadings.

• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.

• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and schedules to ensure timely filings and responses.

• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.

• Schedule appointments, hearings, and other case-related events.

• Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and organized records.

• Assist with estate planning, family law and personal injury matters as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Litigation required; 5+ years’ experience preferred

• Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are essential to this position

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be able to work well with other staff and attorneys

• Must have strong work ethic

• Must be comfortable with expectation of high-quality work product

• Must be dependable

• Experience with cloud-based case management systems strongly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology is required
