What We Offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p, no holidays, call, or weekends, works remote 1 day a week Location: Forsyth Medical Center Department: Cancer Center Clinical Service Navigator (Thoracic Oncology Nurse) Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for lung cancer patients. The Thoracic Oncology Nurse coordinates patient care by guiding patients through treatment plans and follow-up needs. This role provides education, support, and resource navigation while ensuring seamless communication and timely documentation. Experience: Three to five years of nursing experience, required. Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred. Licensure/Certification: RN, required.
