Home Care Agency Supervisor
Will oversee the daily operations of our home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care to our clients. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and improving the lives of those we serve.
- Manage daily clinical and administrative operations of the agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise staff and provide training to maintain high standards of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
- Develop and coordinate care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication.
- NC RN License
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
- At least one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
- At least two (2) years of RN home health experience
- Experience in dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
