Home Care Agency Supervisor

Will oversee the daily operations of our home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care to our clients. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and improving the lives of those we serve.

  • Manage daily clinical and administrative operations of the agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise staff and provide training to maintain high standards of care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and coordinate care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as needed.
  • Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication.
  • NC RN License
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
  • At least two (2) years of RN home health experience
  • Experience in dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
