Position Summary The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion.
