Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION Are you a recent graduate looking for an entry level position with options for growth and development? Are you in a sales role, but not fulfilled? RESPONSIBILITIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Assist in office targets and grow the client base. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure that all client interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner. REQUIREMENTS Property and Casualty Insurance License (Life and Health experience is a bonus) ***Willing to help pay and obtain license to the best candidate if not already licensed*** Proven experience in insurance or a related field. Experience in sales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take advantage of technology. Proficiency in analyzing client needs and providing personalized solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
