Works closely with OR personnel and is responsible for the OR case carts and maintaining the OR / CS supply room and supporting other Hospital departments with their sterilization needs.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrates basic knowledge of the principles of asepsis, infection control and standard precautionsDemonstrates basic knowledge and principles of sterilizationResponsible for ordering and maintaining inventory and suppliesServes as liaison between the OR and CS, providing supplies, instruments and case cartsRequired Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)1+ year of hospital experienceThe pay range for this position is $26.25 - $48.74. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
