Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and help to support orderly operations during routine and elevated activity. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe site activity to help deter unauthorized entry, support visitor screening practices, and/or report maintenance or environmental issues to the appropriate contacts. Complete required reports and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel regarding incidents, observations, and follow‑up actions. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Must be able to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as part of Branch Flex assignments. Reliable transportation is required for Branch Flex assignments. Must be available for last‑minute shift scheduling as part of Branch Flex assignments. Must be able to meet Branch Flex travel distance requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
