Role Description This position is focused on expanding our brokerage division by supporting leasing and investment sales activities, strengthening client relationships, and allowing the firm to retain leasing and sales assignments in-house. This full-time Commercial Real Estate Leasing & Sales agent role is a hybrid position based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area , with a mix of in-person client and property work and some work-from-home flexibility. The agent will prospect new business, build and maintain a pipeline of property owners, tenants, and investors, and conduct property tours, showings, and client meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing comparative market analyses, drafting proposals and marketing materials, and managing listings across multiple platforms. The agent will negotiate lease and sale terms, coordinate transaction documentation, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (attorneys, lenders, property managers, and brokers) to move deals from initial contact through closing. The role also involves consistent follow-up, CRM management, networking at industry events, and delivering responsive, professional client service. This is a commission-based position with extremely competitive splits beginning at 60/40% in salesperson's favor with ability to achieve 90/10%. Salesperson will have immediate listings to work on, including shopping center in-line space as well as new construction flex/industrial projects that will generate more than $150,000 in gross commission Year 1. Agent will have ability to gain profit sharing in deals acquired by company principles and procured by agent. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Sales and Leasing, with a track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions. Active or eligible Real Estate License (Ohio), with reasonable knowledge of Real Estate principles, contracts, and transaction processes. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, timely follow-up, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Familiarity with commercial real estate markets, property valuation, and basic financial concepts (cap rates, NOI, cash flow) is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to travel local within the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area for property tours, client meetings, and networking events. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dune Companies
