The successful candidate will lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight from management. Key responsibilities include:• Lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight from manager• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals• Assist in the development of operational plans and implement solutions for assigned responsibility areas• Identify continuous improvement and automation activities, making frequent recommendations based on detailed analyses and applying results to drive improvements• Adapt precedent and holistically change standard operating procedures to develop new solutions• Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders• Perform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Candidates must demonstrate:• Experience with SOP holistic redesign• Proven ability to identify automation opportunities• Experience coaching junior professionals• Track record leading complex projects with autonomy• Capability to conduct detailed analysis for process improvement• Experience developing operational plans• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholdersRELOCATION:Relocation assistance is available.
