Ballerina Restaurant Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in beautiful Bal Harbour, FL! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, toss, and shape dough to proper thickness and size
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and precision
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens, adjusting temperatures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and pizza assembly techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler certification a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
