Financial Document Integrity Specialist

Summary: This position reports directly to the Credit Manager with oversight from the Credit Analyst Supervisor. Oversight function on the integrity of financial documents required for credit department spreads. Will provide an integrity review on the Abrigo document library for new spread request and provide communications encompassing necessary revisions. Responsible for the maintenance of the Abrigo Financial Documents Tickler System. Responsible for the addition/removal of financial ticklers as relationship aggregate debt levels with our bank change. Responsible for the data integrity of all financial documents moving to our cold storage system and for marking said documents for upload after a financial integrity review (note-loan should be booked for new relationships before this occurs). Oversight function on the financial docs exceptions waiver process. Would make determination on financial exception doc waivers, to assess if bank’s ability to assess financial condition and cash flow would be impaired.
