Director of Operations

Overview Director of Operations - $145-165K + Bonus – Food & Beverage Manufacturing – Responsible for coordinating, planning and executing of the company’s processing operations. Provide overall direction and guidance of the day-to-day operational activities for 3 plants. Build an organizational culture of continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, Deming, etc.; Lead Plant Managers to meet or exceed operational goals and objectives. Establish and monitor co-worker performance and developmental goals and objectives, conducting annual performance appraisals and salary adjustments. Take any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems. Qualifications BS degree required; MBA or Masters degree preferred 8+ years of progressive operational and multi-plant managerial experience in a complex food and/or beverage manufacturing environment. Food industry, HAACP and SQF experience required Large and small company experience is acceptable The ability to prioritize, follow through and achieve results Knowledge and experience with all OSHA and REI safety regulations 30-40 % travel between facilities is required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
