About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead its business development and growth strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's growth strategy, expanding strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across various high-tech markets. This role requires the development and execution of enterprise growth strategies, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and leading capture strategies for major programs. The CGO will also be instrumental in identifying and evaluating new product opportunities, strategic partnerships, and technology applications that align with the company's core capabilities. Applicants for the CGO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience, including at least 10 years' in business development and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business practices in the aerospace and defense sectors, as well as experience in government contracting and strategic customer engagement. Key qualifications include a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, a strong network in the aerospace and defense markets, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. The role demands a strategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader who is passionate about advancing high-tech industries through innovative business development.
