Our client, a leading manufacturer in West Michigan's Lakeshore region, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume production operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development.
