Finance Director

Copper Country Mental Health, a four-county community mental health center, is recruiting a full-time Finance Director to begin in the spring of 2026. Located in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula where natural beauty, history and the people come together to make this the best place to live and thrive.

$5000 SIGN-ON BONUS

The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial operation of the agency including accounting and financial reporting, cash and treasury management, financial planning and budgeting, claims and billing, State and local reporting, external financial compliance and audits. The position reports to the Executive Director.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required and MBA and/or CPA are desirable. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible and applicable experience including demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
