The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all human resources functions of the organization. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring the effective management of talent, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, workplace culture, and business operations. The role is responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies that support organizational growth while maintaining efficient administrative processes and a positive employee experience.
The Human Resources Manager partners closely with executive leadership and department managers to align workforce initiatives with business objectives, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. You must live in the Cincinnati, OH vicinity within driving distance to our corporate office.
