Some specifics of what we are looking for: A calling and passion for leading and developing disciples of Christ of all ages A heart for the whole family: children, youth, and their parents; connecting with them in a relational style ministry To partner with our current volunteer team to continue, strengthen, and improve our current Children’s Ministry To lead in creating, shaping, imagining, and building our Student Ministry Experience, training, and/or education in ministry is valued Essentials for us: To be in an authentic and transparent relationship with God through Jesus Christ To be in love with Jesus with a commitment and passion for His mission and His Church To prioritize in this order: Jesus, Family, and then Miamitown Church of Christ To support and promote our Mission Statement and Core Values (found on our website) A solid understanding of scripture with a Restoration Movement background What you can expect from us: A healthy, stable, warm, and welcoming church with long-term pastoral leadership Encouragement, prayer, and partnership from our congregation Strong, capable, and talented volunteer involvement Unified, supportive elders and pastoral leadership Scripture based doctrine is handled accurately and thoroughly; tough subjects are not avoided Interested?
