- Driven to achieve clearly stated goals and a friendly competitive nature
- Upbeat, energetic, and optimistic, resilient, and friendly and approachable
- Naturally enjoy networking, relationship-building, and consulting with business leaders from all industries
- Recent experience in a business-to-business sales environment - inside or outside role
- Ability to be out in the field calling upon 20+ companies each day enduring the weather
- Self-motivated and initiative to become a sales leader for the team
- Mobile-enhanced CRM tool to keep you organized
- Must have a car and valid driver's license - Monthly mileage and phone allowance provided
