THE JOB: As a Front Desk Clerk at Excalibur, you will be the first to welcome our guests, creating a lasting impression from the moment they arrive. By taking the time to understand their unique stories and needs, you will ensure every interaction is seamless and personalized, turning their stay into unforgettable WOW moments and cherished memories that extend well beyond their time with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
